At 3Design Studios, it is our goal to provide the utmost efficient, affordable service at the highest quality; therefore:

• 3Design Studios appreciates the trust you have in us. Therefore, we maintain complete confidentiality and security of all work submitted. You are encouraged to do the same by keeping all passwords to your documents private.
• 3Design Studios will not sell, distribute or otherwise forward your submitted information, or any part thereof, to a third party. Clients may request that documents be destroyed after an editing project has been completed. If this instruction is not received 3Design Studios will retain a copy of your documents for backup purposes only.
• 3Design Studios reserves the right to use in our promotional efforts comments you make in email, in person, or over the phone; however, your full name will not be used. This will be in the form of client testimonials as presented on our website and in advertising materials. You can request at any time that your comments not be used, or removed from our website or advertising materials.
• Fees: All fees for editing services must be rendered paid in full before work is commenced unless otherwise agreed upon by the owner. Edited works will not be released, however, until payments are rendered in full.
• Revisions: 3Design Studios will make one (1) revision on any work deemed unsatisfactory during, or within fifteen (15) days after the conclusion of the edited design. The client must request the revision in writing. 3Design Studios will not be held responsible for editing revisions after the 15th day.
• 3Design Studios is not in the business of writing or researching. We offer design services only and, therefore, advise that plagiarism and copyright infringements are serious offenses that should be avoided; as such…
• 3Design Studios retains the right to refuse any work we deem questionable, threatening, or potentially harmful to others.
• 3Design Studios will not be responsible for lost work. We recommend clients maintain the original copy of all work submitted.
• All corrections, comments or suggestions made by 3Design Studios are those deemed necessary based on the work submitted. The use of those corrections, comments or suggestions is at the discretion of the client.
• 3Design Studios does not provide any warranties of its services, explicit or implied. We do not guarantee your design will gain the approval of others.
• 3Design Studios is not responsible for any circumstances beyond our control that prevents us from fulfilling our contract (e.g. acts of nature, power outages, etc). Under these circumstances, however, we will gladly refund all monies for incomplete work.
• 3Design Studios reserve the right to terminate a project at any time for any reason.

Indemnification
The client agrees to indemnify and hold 3Design Studios, its editors, employees, subsidiaries, officers, agents and affiliates free from any claim or demand, including reasonable fees and costs for the service of an attorney, or as may be made by any third party due to or arising from use of the service or website, or violation by the client, or infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity by the client.

Limitation of Liability
3Design Studios, its editors, owners, directors, officers, employees, shareholders, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, or licensers are NOT LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING LOST REVENUES OR PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR LOSS OF DATA, IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THIS SERVICE OR FOR ANY CLAIM, LOSS OR INJURY BASED ON ERRORS OR OMISSION, INTERRUPTIONS OR ANY OTHER INACCURACIES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION AS A RESULT OF BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY OR OTHER TERM OF THIS AGREEMENT). A CLIENT'S REMEDY FOR CLAIM SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT HE/SHE HAS PAID, IF ANY, TO US FOR USE OF ANY SERVICES PROVIDED BY BETTEREDIT.COM PROVIDED PROOF OF CLAIM IS DEMONSTRATED. ALL EDITORS PROVIDE THE BEST POSSIBLE SERVICE TO THE BEST OF THEIR ABILITY AND DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT EDITED WORKS ARE "PERFECT" OR "WITHOUT ERROR". THOSE WHO ACCESS THIS SERVICE CHOOSE TO DO SO ON THEIR OWN INITIATIVE AND ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPLIANCE WITH LOCAL LAWS.
